Laura has spent over two decades delivering marketing and strategy for companies such as Ericsson, ITT, and Mercury Systems. She has played a significant role in repositioning, rebranding, and establishing profitable growth strategies.

 Raghu has 35+ years of experience in designing embedded and wireless communication systems for the military, telecom, automotive and consumer electronics industries. He holds a Ph.D in Computer Science, specializing in broadband multimedia communications and holds three patents in bluetooth technologies. 
Raghu was the CTO-R&D at Mindtree, where he led research and development for Short-Range Wireless Technologies, IOT and ML. He has also led Mobile Wireless Communication teams at Wipro for Lucent Technologies. 

 Shri is a seasoned technology leader with over 30 years of experience in embedded software, hardware development, and system integration. He has a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, forming strategic partnerships, and driving organizational growth through a customer-centric approach and passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Shri is skilled in strategic planning, product development, and operationalizing new technologies to achieve market success. 

 GB is an expert in building and manifesting strategy that delivers profitable growth. His 30 years of functional operating experience uniquely shapes his analysis, precision and success in capital allocation. GB has spent the past decade heading Strategy & Corporate Development functions for public and private equity companies. Most recently, GB worked for Therapy Brands (C-Suite), running P&L and Corporate Development, in partnership with the KKR team. 

 Suhas has spent over 32 years in the field of Plastic Injection Molding and has worked with several companies to produce plastic components and assemblies on a mass scale. He consults and trains companies in the scientific techniques of plastic process development to build efficient processes producing zero defect parts. Suhas has authored a book on the same topic, which is a top seller. 

 Sudhir is a seasoned banking executive and current Board Member at QFocus AI, with a distinguished past career at the State Bank of India (SBI). He has held key leadership roles, including Head of HR, Zonal Head, Branch Head of SBI's flagship Mumbai branch, and Audit Specialist. Sudhir's expertise spans strategic leadership, HR management, financial operations, compliance, and corporate governance. 

 Mukul Vaingankar has 35+ years of experience as a manufacturing operations leader in the medical, semiconductor, energy and industrial segments. He has built and managed manufacturing sites in the USA, Mexico and other parts of the world. Mukul is a leader in Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and Operational Excellence. He is a strong proponent of "building quality at source" and has covered a range of quality operations across safety, engineering, manufacturing, equipment maintenance, plant maintenance, HR, Ops Finance, hiring/training, logistics and materials, and site quality. At QFocus Technologies, Mukul serves as the Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing Quality Engineering, overseeing quality assurance processes, methodologies and industry standards as well as ensuring product integrity by guiding risk management, continuous improvement and compliance across the manufacturing operations of QFocus clients.

Carrie Sharp brings 25 years of business development and program management experience across product engineering and manufacturing services. She’s led strategic initiatives at companies such as Flex and Avnet, managing and growing relationships with global leaders like Intel, Abbott and Honeywell etc.
In her role at QFocus Technologies, Carrie is responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering customer relationships across Medical, Industrial, Transport and Hi-Tech segments.
Outside of work, Carrie is passionate about fishing and traveling around the globe—pursuits that reflect her appreciation for patience, precision, and the thrill of exploring new horizons.
